When do I pay for the service?
The flat fee payment of $35 is paid for when making the reservation. The mileage portion is paid for when the drivers arrive at your pickup location. If your reservation is cancelled at least 24 hrs in advance, the $35 flat fee will be refunded.

Are you insured to drive my vehicle?
All One Way drivers are required to carry a personal auto insurance policy. However, our clients do assume the primary insurance risk through their occasional driver clause with their insurance policy.

Are your drivers screened before they are hired?
Yes. All drivers are required to pass a drug test, a background inspection, and review of their motor vehicles record. Additionally, random drug testing is administered on a regular basis.

What if I am passed out, will you still drive me home?
We will drive you home as long as there are others in your party that are coherent and can take responsibility for you from pick up to drop off.
